Impact Home Loans is a local Berwick brokerage led by founder Dilshani — helping Melbourne's South East buy, refinance and invest with clear, honest advice.
Our story
Our founder, Dilshani, spent more than 25 years in banking before starting Impact Home Loans around a decade ago. After all those years inside the banks, she wanted two things: more time with her family, and the freedom to help people in a way a single bank never could — by working for the client, across a whole panel of lenders.
That's still how we work today. Dilshani and her support team do the legwork, so you don't have to — and it costs you nothing, because we're paid by the lender you choose, not by you. Best of all, we don't disappear after settlement: we'll keep reviewing your loan over the years to make sure it's still working hard for you.
